How it Happened

Colliding Worlds

2017

The first time I witnessed Maya was the chemistry lab. She didn’t notice me but I liked her. It took her a whole semester to remember my name. After a lot of physics tutoring, she said yes to dinner and a movie. I planned on proving to her we were meant to be.

Montreal: The Next Chapter

2018

After both getting accepted to university in Montreal, we moved into an apartment together. We grew up, learning from each other, and built something more resilient. We also met so many new friends along the way.

She Said Yes!

2024

After 7 years of growth, I surprised Maya with the ring she always wanted. Not a single detail was spared. Our love was catalyzed, bringing an ocean spanning family together.
